Using the site does not create a roofing contract or authorize work at a property.
Terms and Conditions
These terms govern use of the Crosstown Roofing website, its contact forms, digital content and online roof estimate tool. They do not replace a written roofing proposal, project contract, change order or warranty.
An online range is a planning tool—not a final price, proposal, inspection or promise of service.
The approved proposal, contract and related project documents govern actual roofing work.
Terms For Using This Website
Please read these Terms and Conditions carefully. By accessing or using this website, submitting a form, using the online roof estimate tool or interacting with another website feature, you agree to these terms. Do not use the website if you do not agree.
In these terms, “Crosstown Roofing,” “we,” “us” and “our” refer to the business operating this website under the Crosstown Roofing name. “Site” means this website and its pages, forms, embedded tools, content and related digital features.
Our handling of personal information is described separately in the Privacy Policy.
1. Acceptance & Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of legal majority where you live, to submit a request for roofing services through the Site. If you use the Site for a company, condominium association, homeowners association, property owner, property manager or another organization, you represent that you are authorized to act for that party.
Use of the Site does not require you to hire Crosstown Roofing, and it does not require Crosstown Roofing to accept, quote, schedule or perform any project. Service availability depends on the property, requested scope, location, schedule and other project conditions.
2. Website Purpose
The Site provides general information about roofing, Crosstown Roofing’s service categories, service-area information and ways to start a conversation about a residential, commercial or multi-family property. Website content is intended for general education and project planning.
General Roofing Information
The Site can explain common roof problems, service paths, materials, processes and questions worth asking.
Not A Roof Inspection
Website content cannot determine the condition, source of a leak, code requirements or correct scope for a specific roof.
Not Professional Advice
The Site is not engineering, architectural, legal, tax, insurance, public-adjusting or safety advice.
No Roof-Access Instruction
Do not climb onto or enter an unsafe roof area based on anything shown or described on this website.
If a roof condition is connected to fire, live electrical hazards, structural movement, falling materials or another immediate threat to people, move to a safe location and contact the appropriate emergency service. A website form is not emergency dispatch.
3. Online Estimates & Pricing
The Site may provide access to an online roof estimate tool. Any range, price indication or result generated through that tool is preliminary and is provided only as an early planning reference. It is not a final proposal, bid, contract, roof inspection, coverage decision, financing approval or commitment to perform work.
Online estimates may use information you enter together with property, measurement, public-record or commercially available data. Those sources can be incomplete, outdated or unable to show conditions that affect the real project.
Final pricing may change based on factors including:
- Verified roof area, slope, height, geometry and number of roof sections.
- Existing materials, removal requirements and disposal.
- Roof-deck condition and concealed deterioration found after removal.
- Flashing, walls, valleys, penetrations, drainage details and accessories.
- Material selections, specifications and manufacturer requirements.
- Access, staging, occupied-property conditions and protection needs.
- Permits, code requirements, taxes and other job-specific requirements.
Viewing an online estimate, submitting contact information or discussing a preliminary range does not authorize Crosstown Roofing to order materials, obtain permits, enter the property or begin roofing work.
Any promotion, financing reference, example price or offer shown on the Site is subject to its stated terms, availability and verification. A written project proposal controls what is included or excluded for an actual job.
4. Roofing Services & Project Contracts
Roofing services are not purchased merely by using this Site. Actual work requires project-specific documents accepted by the appropriate parties. Depending on the project, those documents may include a proposal, construction contract, scope of work, material selection, payment schedule, change order, warranty, financing document, permit authorization or required statutory notice.
If these website terms conflict with a signed project document, the signed project document controls the roofing project. Website copy does not add to, remove from or modify the scope, price, schedule, warranty, cancellation right, insurance provision or payment obligation stated in the applicable project documents.
Project schedules, material availability and start dates are not confirmed until stated through the applicable written project process. Statements made before a contract is signed are subject to verification and do not override the final written agreement.
Manufacturer warranties, when applicable, are governed by the manufacturer’s written terms, eligibility requirements, exclusions and registration procedures. Crosstown Roofing does not expand a manufacturer warranty through website language.
5. Insurance-Related Matters
Crosstown Roofing is not your insurance company, attorney or public adjuster through this Site. Website content does not interpret policy language, determine coverage, advise you about duties under an insurance policy, adjust a claim or guarantee that an insurer will pay for any repair or replacement.
A property owner remains responsible for communicating with the insurer, providing truthful and complete claim information, confirming coverage and policy requirements, and paying any applicable deductible or other amount not paid by the insurer.
Crosstown Roofing may document observed roof conditions and prepare a roofing scope or estimate when appropriate. That construction information is not a coverage decision and does not guarantee reimbursement. Insurance-related roofing work remains subject to the signed project documents and applicable law.
An insurer’s claim decision does not determine the correct roofing scope, and a roofing recommendation does not determine what an insurance policy covers. Confirm policy questions directly with the insurer or a properly licensed insurance professional.
6. Information You Submit
When you submit a form, property address, photo, document, message or estimate request, you represent that the information is accurate to the best of your knowledge and that you have authority to provide it. Do not submit another person’s property, contact information, photos or documents without permission.
You also represent that your submission does not violate law, infringe another person’s rights, contain malicious code or include content that is threatening, deceptive, defamatory, obscene or otherwise unlawful.
You authorize Crosstown Roofing and its service providers to receive, store, review, reproduce and use the submission as reasonably necessary to respond, prepare an estimate, evaluate a requested service, administer the inquiry, protect the Site and maintain business records. This permission does not transfer ownership of your original material to Crosstown Roofing.
Do not send Social Security numbers, full payment-card numbers, account passwords, medical information or other highly sensitive data through an ordinary website form unless a specifically designated secure method requests it.
7. Calls, Email & Text Messages
When you submit an inquiry, Crosstown Roofing may respond using the telephone number or email address you provide. Service-related communications may concern your request, estimate, appointment, property information, proposal or project.
These Terms are not blanket consent to receive automated marketing calls or text messages. Where a form separately requests consent for marketing texts or calls, the disclosure shown with that form controls. Consent to marketing communications is not a condition of purchasing roofing services. Message and data rates may apply, and message frequency may vary.
When an applicable texting program provides those instructions, you may reply STOP to opt out or HELP for assistance. You may unsubscribe from marketing email through the link in the message or by contacting Crosstown Roofing. Transactional or service communications may still be sent when reasonably necessary for an active request or project.
8. Acceptable Use
You may use the Site only for lawful purposes. You may not:
- Use false identities or knowingly submit false, incomplete or misleading information.
- Interfere with the Site, overload it, bypass security or attempt unauthorized access.
- Upload malware, harmful code or content intended to disrupt a device, network or service.
- Scrape, harvest or collect website or user data through automated means without written permission.
- Reverse engineer, probe or attempt to extract the source code of an embedded tool except where law expressly permits it.
- Use the Site to spam, threaten, impersonate, defraud or violate another person’s rights.
- Copy, republish or commercially exploit Site content beyond the limited permission stated below.
- Use the Site in a way that violates applicable law or encourages another person to do so.
Crosstown Roofing may investigate suspected misuse and may restrict or block access when reasonably necessary to protect the Site, the business, service providers or other users.
9. Intellectual Property
The Site and its original text, layouts, graphics, logos, photographs, video, icons and other content are owned by Crosstown Roofing or used under license and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. Third-party names, marks and materials remain the property of their respective owners.
Subject to these Terms, Crosstown Roofing grants you a limited, revocable, nonexclusive and nontransferable right to access the Site and use its content for personal, household or internal business evaluation of roofing services. You may print or save a reasonable copy for that purpose.
You may not remove ownership notices, modify content to misrepresent its source, use the Crosstown Roofing name or logo without permission, republish substantial Site content, create a competing database, sell the content or use it to train a commercial system without prior written authorization.
10. Third-Party Tools & Links
The Site may use or link to third-party services such as website hosting, maps, online estimate tools, analytics, call tracking, financing resources, manufacturers, social networks or other external platforms. Those services may have their own terms, privacy notices and technical requirements.
Crosstown Roofing does not control a third party’s website, availability, content, security, data practices or performance. A link or integration is provided for convenience or functionality and does not make Crosstown Roofing responsible for the third party’s acts or omissions.
Your use of an external service is governed by the terms that apply between you and that provider. Review those terms before submitting information or completing a transaction through a third-party platform.
11. Website Availability & Accuracy
Crosstown Roofing may update, correct, remove, suspend or discontinue any Site feature without notice. The Site may occasionally be unavailable because of maintenance, provider outages, security events, internet conditions or circumstances outside our control.
We work to keep website information useful, but content may contain typographical errors, outdated references or incomplete descriptions. Roofing methods, material availability, specifications, codes, service areas, schedules and pricing can change. Confirm material, scope and project information in the applicable written proposal.
Photographs and renderings may be illustrative. Screen settings, lighting, production variation and image processing can affect the appearance of roof colors and materials. Select products using the applicable physical samples and written specifications rather than a website image alone.
12. Website Disclaimers
TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, THE SITE AND WEBSITE CONTENT ARE PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE.” CROSSTOWN ROOFING DISCLAIMS IMPLIED WARRANTIES REGARDING THE SITE, INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, TITLE AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.
Crosstown Roofing does not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted, error-free, completely secure, free of harmful components or suitable for every user’s purpose. We do not warrant that website content or an online estimate will identify every roof condition or produce the final project result.
This section applies to the Site and website content. It does not eliminate an express warranty stated in a signed project document, change a manufacturer’s written warranty or waive a consumer right that cannot lawfully be waived.
13. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Crosstown Roofing and its owners, employees, representatives and website service providers will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary or punitive damages arising solely from access to, use of, inability to use or reliance on the Site or a third-party service linked through it. This includes loss of data, business interruption or lost profits, even if the possibility of such damage was known.
These limitations do not apply where liability cannot lawfully be excluded or limited. They also do not replace the liability terms, remedies or obligations contained in a signed roofing contract or other project document.
You are responsible for taking reasonable steps to protect your devices, maintaining backups and independently confirming information before relying on it for a property, financial, insurance or safety decision.
14. Indemnification
To the extent permitted by law, you agree to defend, indemnify and hold harmless Crosstown Roofing and its owners, employees, representatives and service providers from third-party claims, losses, liabilities, damages and reasonable costs arising from your unlawful misuse of the Site, your violation of these Terms, or content you submit that infringes another person’s rights.
This obligation does not require you to indemnify a party for conduct that cannot lawfully be shifted to you. Crosstown Roofing may control the defense of a covered claim, and you agree to provide reasonable cooperation.
15. Governing Law & Disputes
These Terms and disputes arising specifically from use of the Site are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Subject to any nonwaivable legal right or required venue, proceedings concerning these website terms may be brought in the state or federal courts serving Palm Beach County, Florida.
Before filing a website-related claim, the parties are encouraged to contact one another and make a good-faith effort to understand and resolve the issue. This paragraph does not shorten a legal deadline or prevent either party from seeking urgent relief when appropriate.
A signed roofing contract may contain a different dispute process for the project. When it does, that project-specific provision controls disputes arising from the contracted roofing work.
16. Changes, Suspension & Termination
Crosstown Roofing may revise these Terms when the Site, digital tools, business practices or legal requirements change. The revised version becomes effective when posted with its new effective date, unless a later date is stated. Continued use of the Site after an update means you accept the revised Terms.
We may suspend or terminate access to all or part of the Site when reasonably necessary for maintenance, security, legal compliance, suspected misuse or business operations. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination—including ownership, disclaimers, limitations, indemnification and governing law—will continue to apply.
17. Miscellaneous
If a provision of these Terms is found invalid or unenforceable, it will be enforced to the maximum extent permitted and the remaining provisions will continue in effect. A failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver of the right to enforce it later.
These Terms and the Privacy Policy form the entire agreement concerning use of the Site. They do not form the entire agreement for roofing services; the applicable signed project documents do that. Section headings are for convenience and do not change the meaning of the text.
You may not transfer your rights under these Terms without written permission. Crosstown Roofing may transfer its rights and obligations in connection with a reorganization, financing, sale or transfer of the business or Site, subject to applicable law.
18. Contact Us
Questions about these Terms or a website-use issue may be directed to Crosstown Roofing. Questions about a specific roofing proposal or project should identify the property and the applicable proposal or contract.
